Kevin Odle and his partner Linda Odle have been licensed realtors in Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland for over 25 years. They focus on the needs of their clients and getting them to their end result - an efficient, successful transaction, whether it be a buyer or seller. This has become especially important in today's market with all the complicated factors involved in buying and selling. 
 
Kevin and Linda both grew up in North Wilmington. Kevin graduated from Brandywine High School and University of Delaware. Linda graduated from Ursuline Academy and University of Delaware. Kevin’s previous experience in the energy and construction industries with Honeywell and Delmarva Power is an asset in meeting client’s expectations. Linda's previous experience in the banking industry with MBNA is an asset in marketing and negotiating a successful transaction. They also have extensive experience in short sales and foreclosures. Their free time is spent with family, coaching, biking, running, traveling and reading.
